This is a lot of fun, and the is art really energetic.
I personally feel like the word "POWER", in the phrase "Everything in my POWER" needs a keyframe to punctuate the deranged anger in the voice, but otherwise, every beat in the audio feels like it was hit, and well executed.

They're called intrusive thoughts, and aren't necessarily a reflection of your intentions. A mere suggestion from your brain from the variables around it- a possibility. Of course, you can ignore that, and keep preparing your fish.

I was impressed by the weight of the knife in the opening animation, and the reaction of the fish as it hit the table. The transition effect when the camera zoomed in on the eye was a bit jarring, and could use a bit more clean up, as I feel this would enhance the surrealism and effect of entering the character's "imagination".

You might also benefit from working around a higher frame rate- the effort required is higher, but will go a very long way in creating a more immersive animation.
